It is undeniable that all big works come with a great teamwork. Efforts put into one bowl, mixed with one another, made the best ingredients to mould the best outcome. In theater, two major aspects are being grouped into two, which are casts and crews. Casts consist of actors, dancers or musicians who will be performing on the stage at the night of occurrence. Crews, on the other hand, are those who work behind the scene, whether it is before the play or during the play at the backstage. It includes props team, wardrobes team, makeup artists, lighting and audio technicians. Both casts and crews are interrelated, meaning they need each other to make a play.
These elements are basic important role in a theater performance. In Silver Spades, where we have 17 persons of workforce, needs an overlap of tasks. It is important to further develop the skills of each and every member of the team. And for the first play, we're more into doing it together rather than solo thinkers. We discussed and we all suggested ideas for each others' improvements. Hence, various ideas came to rise and we picked the best of them all.

You guys have watched the casts and how they performed on stage, but barely know what the others did. Well, all the crews contributed a lot and without them, Silver Spades wouldn't be praised for their beautiful dresses, creepy backdrops and for-rent swords, and also perfect choice of songs and sounds. So let's see what and how the crews did that.
